Providing flexible and independent support to social impact organisations.
Does the urgency of working towards social justice make it hard to measure progress? Do you struggle to share your organisation's impact in a way that truly reflects the work being done? Are systems to create accountability acting as barriers rather than supports? Are you constantly juggling priorities, trying to do it all?
Sometimes, organisations benefit from a fresh perspective, someone independent who can step in, understand the pressures you face, and offer new insights. Whether it’s refining your strategy, evaluating outcomes, or providing additional capacity and expertise, I can help maximise your impact when you need it the most.
I work with organisations to strengthen their foundations, enabling them to thrive. I understand the challenges you are facing and can help you drive your mission forward by:
Simplifying strategy: I can work with you to create inclusive plans that engage others and have sustainable, long-term impact.
Making a stronger case for support: I can refine your impact goals, connect work to measurable outcomes, build evidence, and showcase the difference you're making.
Unlocking potential: I can help design, implement and evaluate inclusive projects that tackle challenges, help adapt to change, and create meaningful impact.
I also mentor professionals looking to change careers into the social impact sector or grow within it.
Current co-Director of Trauma Foundation South West, I have over 15 years cross-cultural experience spanning private, public, and not-for-profit organisations. This includes The Bike Project, which I led operationally to become an award-winning refugee charity and social enterprise with a £2M turnover, and Latin Elephant, where I co-led a community-driven vision for Elephant and Castle, London.
I've delivered varied and impactful projects such as increasing arts access for the Latin American community with South London Gallery, developing a future strategy for the London Destitution Forum, and co-designing local maternity care initiatives with the NHS. As a volunteer, I co-led Bikes Beyond Borders, a critical mass bike ride to Calais, providing over 100 bikes to the camp. More recently I supported the resettlement of a refugee family with Penwith Welcomes Refugees in Cornwall, where I now live.
I hold a degree in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick, am a PRINCE2 Project Management Practitioner and hold management, leadership and counselling qualifications.
I understand the systemic challenges faced by organisations working towards social justice and how hard it can be to build the foundations that are needed for success.
My approach is collaborative, supportive to your needs, and centres the expertise of those closest to the issues you are tackling. Navigating our way through the challenges together, I can help to maximise your impact.
